Remedy Metal:: The next big name in aftermarket

We've recently had a lot of contact with Josh over at Remedy Metal, and he's doing big things. Remedy Metal (RM) started out offering stainless steel Longshot internal replacement pieces, and has now expanded (as is still expanding) even further.

The RM store now offers not only the refined RM Power Train Longshot kits and parts (which I'm still waiting for mine to be finished and shipped) capable of firing elite darts at 190fps, but RM now also carries limited Pak Development (PakD) parts (stefan clips, bob domes, and foam), with PakD's Mouseworm LS pumpgrip, LS priming handle, assorted bob dome colors and cast Stampede gears on the way down the road.

RM also paired up with SlyDev as his North American supplier, so look for more SlyDev parts being available for cheaper shipping prices soon too. SlyDev has a pretty healthy backlog to print up, so it may be awhile before the RM store offers those parts, but they're coming (you can order on your own at SlyDev.com.au/Store).

RM is currently looking for more 3rd party aftermarket Nerf suppliers to team up with, as long as they don't compete with currently offered RM, PakD and SlyDev products. RM also offers DIY hopper kits, stock LS internals, and other supplies.

Furthermore, talks between JSI and RM have been going on regarding a possible team up, so be looking for that while we expand ourselves in the coming months!

Stryfe w/ Rough Cut Underbarrel Masterkey

The title says it all, just another Stryfe with underbarrel Rough Cut Masterkey integration. This one has an extended LSFG barrel and is drum-compatible also (woo improvement). As always its a solid, 1-piece integration (which can be reversed by unscrewing the Stryfe), with a single zip-tie at the front for stability and no jiggling. With the exception of finding more and more Rough Cut problems on the right side mechanisms every time, I like these more every day.

Stryfe w/ Rough Cut Masterkey

I present to you, the [Solscud style] JSI Stryfe Masterkey. Happy New Years.

Took a few liberties of my own with varying the style for a more pragmatic connection between the Rough Cut and Stryfe, as well as a SlyDev sight piece (actually a jolt connector) for an iron sight appeal. Both the barrel and Rough Cut are still detachable, but the Stryfe must be unscrewed to do so. The Stryfe has lock removal and electronic lock bypass (with the exception of the jam door sensor, I like to be able to insta-kill the motors) and the Rough Cut is completely stock internally. Both perform outstandingly. 

Retaliator: M4 & ACOG Scope

Retaliator M4 build. This thing look like it could be a real gun. It's a little battle worn, but its legit nonetheless.

Alpha SCAR v2 (Revamp)

So about a year ago I bought an Alpha Trooper SCAR lookalike off of another modder at Purdue. It wasn't too bad, but he messed with the internals (against what I asked) which ended up destroying the locks, slamfire, and eventually the internals, since it had an OMW Stage 1 kit (mainly the 5kg spring).

It looked nice though. The addition of a barrel extension, faux-rails, a few cosmetic additions and a solid stock made it look pretty badass. However, since it was effectively destroyed after a few months, I took the liberty of scrapping it and building a new one.

Here's the end result:

95% complete, still missing the rear sections of the rail that need attached

SlyDev, SlyDev Everywhere

Finally got my 2 orders of SlyDev parts, and all I can say is: "Shit Just Got Real."

This stuff is pretty high quality. Aside from some weird ridging (it is 3D printed after all), everything is in pretty good shape. I'll definitely be ordering more from him in the future, especially now that he's offering new items weekly as well as revamping his older stuff. Can't wait until he gets his second printer and PLA and starts making larger items.

Anyways, first-come, first-serve basis, priority is commissions. Each part costs the retail price on the SlyDev site +$1. What you see is what I currently have in stock.

Willing to sell off but expect to pay more than retail since I paid out of pocket and went through the hassle of ordering, plus it's all quoted in AUD.
